Below are the details you need to get started on your enrollment journey with us.

Basic Education

Qualification

For Christian School: (Basic Education)

  1. Students who are financially incapable to sustain financial obligation of the school. An ITR will be required to substantiate such claim.
  2. Student who are academically competent with a general average of 85% above.
  3. Students who have good moral conduct and are willing to deepen their faith in Jesus Christ.
  4. Students who are able to pass the diagnostic test with remarkable score according to their grade level.
  5. Students who are able to pass the interview facilitated by the school Board of Trustees.


Application Process

BIBLE SCHOOL APPLICANTS:
  1. Interested applicants must inquire to the principal's office for preliminary interview.
  2. Fill out scholarship application form with document attached such as birth certificate, school card, ITR, application letter and Brgy. Clearance.
  3. Applicant along with their parent are scheduled for interview by the Board of Trustees.
  4. For senior students (2nd year and up) who excel academically, documents like ITR, birth certificate, application letter, and clearance are still required. Students are also subject to a spiritual review.

College Department

Qualification

For Bible School: (College)

  1. Students who are financially incapable to sustain financial obligation of the school. An ITR will be required to substantiate such claim.
  2. Students who are academically competent with a general average of 85% above.
  3. Students who have good moral conduct and are willing to be trained according to Bible school standards.
  4. Students who are faithful in attending services and ministry of Grace Baptist Church.
  5. Students who are able to pass the interview facilitated by the school Board of Trustees.


Application Process

BIBLE SCHOOL APPLICANTS:
  1. Applicants must inquire at the registrar's office for preliminary interview.
  2. Fill out scholarship application form with documents attached (birth certificate, school card, ITR, application letter, Brgy. Clearance).
  3. Applicants are scheduled for diagnostic examination.
  4. After passing, applicants and their parents will be interviewed by the Board of Trustees.

  1. Inquire - Visit our campus or contact our office to begin the admission process.

  2. Submit Requirements - Provide the required documents for evaluation.

  3. Student Assessment - Applicants may be asked to complete an academic readiness test or attend an interview.

  4. Confirmation & Payment> - Once accepted, complete payment and attent the orientation session.

  1. Kindergarten Must be 5 y/o by October 31 of the current school year.

  2. Elementary Must be 6 y/o by October 31 of the current school year.
